Mr. Cain is an experienced Consulting Practice Leader and Chief Information Officer with a
demonstrated history of working in consumer facing industries, including Retail, CPG, Ag,
Travel & Transportation, Hospitality, and Gaming & Leisure. Mr. Cain is skilled in Technology
Strategy, IT Functional Transformation, Technology Effectiveness and Efficiency, Business
Process, Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), IT Service Management, and Team
Building. He has developed the highest level of global acumen with experience and results in
40+ countries. Mr. Cain has particularly deep expertise in Western Europe, especially Germany
as well as APAC. He also has strong educational and professional experience with degrees from
the University of Notre Dane and a graduate degree from University of Minnesota - Carlson
School of Management.
