The Silicon Valley Semester program allows a select group of Notre Dame juniors to spend their spring semester living, studying, and working in Palo Alto, combining a credit-bearing internship with coursework at the Notre Dame California building.
The Fall 2020 option is the best option for Data Science Minors. The semester is targeted at rising juniors (though there's an option for sophomores).
MDSC will accept several of the classes on that list as MDSC elective credit: PHIL 24448; the ITAO combo; and possibly the internship option if you are able to demonstrate that it pertains to data science/big data.
